I am in the process of remodeling the garage into a extra room in the house. I decided to give some old tanks some new life in this build. The store room that is attached to the garage will be the "filtration room" for our in wall display.
Here is some of the equipment that I already have:
225 gallon display 5' long x 3' wide x 2' tall 80 gallon frag tank 75 gallon sump 75 gallon refugium a 4 way oceans motions with a Dolphin Ampmaster pump Another Dolphin Ampmaster return pump ASM skimmer LED fixtures and various other items I am still going through
Equipment purchase list:
Apex Genesis Storm and Renew (auto water changer) Might upgrade to a larger skimmer
For the room I am buying as I go. All the old insulation will be thrown away, new insulation, wiring, and other necessities, will be installed.
Here are a few pics
The main wall where the tank will be
Old wall paneling torn out
Door gone!
More wall coming down
New header installed
Stand going up

The 75 gallon refugium being used as a "catch-all" right now
The 80 gallon frag tank in a "mock" position to to see what it would look like
Mositure resistant dry wall going up

Thanks for looking! I will keep it updated as more progress happens.
