I was pretty hesitant to try this and extremely doubtful that it would work but I've been using "e-cig" electronic cigarettes for about a week now and I can honestly say I'm pleasantly surprised! I've had a 2-3 pack a day habit for about 10 years now but for the past week I haven't exceeded 9 cigarettes a day and I'm cutting it back slowly but surely until I have 0 a day. Though it can be slightly expensive, it doesn't even compare to buying packs of cigarettes and on top of that, you can smoke almost everywhere...though I got some strange looks walking through sprouts yesterday haha. The larger batteries only cost about $25 which is extremely reasonable and there are accessories that go along with it that adds to the price including the liquids. It also gives you the ability to mix your own flavors but a lot of the flavors up for purchase are extremely tasty! My favorite so far as been Snickerdoodle cookies, not only does it replace cigarettes, it replaces dessert! lol The liquids I use are 18mg of nicotine which is a higher dose, but they do offer different levels of nicotine so you can quit. So far I'm loving this! It's better for my health and I probably smell a lot better! hahaha But anyways, I just thought I'd share this with you guys because it DOES work! |
