This is a build up of a reef aquarium, 55 gallons with T5 HO but hopefully I'll be switching to LED by december.
I bought off live rock, precycled water and live sand (rinsed.....for....ever) with a handful of frags with the full intentions of killing everything, so I wouldn't be too upset with myself. To my surprise, everything has been thriving. I introduced two separate clowns that paired off instantly, as well as purchased a beautiful red brain open brain, crocea clam and massive Australia elegance. I'm still waiting on another 30lbs of live rock so I can fully landscape the tank the way I want to (I know.. I should have done it first...I live in the Martimes so any reef stuff is insanely hard to get or severely over priced). BUT this is where I am so far;
